Services

All in-home appointments are $150. This is non-refundable and pays for the provider’s time and fuel. In general, there are two types of appointments:

  • Type 1: New Hearing Aid Test and Consultation - We will come to your home, examine your ears, complete a hearing test, go over results, and demo new Hearing Aids if appropriate.

  • Type 2: Service Appointment - This appointment is for someone who already has Hearing Aids. We will come to your home, clean, adjust, and troubleshoot any issue you are having with your current Hearing Aids.

  • What IS covered by a service appointment?

    • We replace the consumable parts of the Hearing Aid (wax guards, domes, BTE tubes, etc.) whenever possible.

    • Any additional testing needed to re-program the Hearing Aids to your unique hearing loss.

    • Any additional Hearing Aid instruction and guidance.

    • We are happy to answer any questions prior to scheduling an appointment (FOR FREE!!!).

  • What is NOT covered by a service appointment?

    • Hearing Aid components such as molds, receivers, impressions, etc. (unless explicitly told otherwise).

    • Cerumen management (we will not remove wax from your ear canals).

    • Additional appointments (unless explicitly told otherwise).
